Whisk together: 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. kefir cheese, 1/2 c. Sucanat or maple sugar
Melt over a very low heat: 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Slowly pour into dairy mix. Refrigerate and stir occasionally until sweetener is dissolved.
Spread over cooled cake. Keep cake in fridge.
