Maple Glazing
'Use for topping scones, doughnuts or cakes'
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sour cream (or yogurt)
Heat in a small pan: 1/4 c. maple syrup
Add in and mix well: 2 Tbsp. sour cream (or yogurt)
Simmer at lowest heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool and drizzle over scones, doughnuts or cakes.
