Cream together and let sit until sugar is dissolved: 1/2 c. soft butter (or grapeseed oil, 3 eggs, 2/3 c. Sucanat or Rapadura, 1/4 c. maple syrup
Mix in: 2 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt or Wheat Flour, 1 tsp. baking powder
Add: 6 oz. fresh or frozen blueberries
Batter will be soft but stiff. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
