Cream together:
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. kefir cheese
1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
Whip in:
1 lg. egg
1 c. water
Stir in and just lightly mix:
1 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pour into a 9 x 9 greased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until the center
springs back from a light touch.
