Beat until light and fluffy:
1 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Sucanat
1/3 c. soft butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 lg. eggs
Add in:
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Add in:
2 c. Summers Sprouted Wheat Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Spread batter in greased and floured 2- 6″x 9″- or a 9″x13″ pan.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or 30-40 minutes, respectively.
