Beat until light and fluffy: 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 c. Sucanat, 1/3 c. soft butter , 1 Tbsp. vanilla, 3 lg. eggs
Add in: 1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Add in: 2 c. Summers Sprouted Wheat Flour, 1 tsp. baking powder
Spread batter in greased and floured 2- 6"x 9"- or a 9"x13" pan
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or 30-40 minutes, respectively.
