Machine settings–white for lighter crust–wheat for darker crust.
Dump everything into the machine in this order:
1 1/2 c. liquid…
(water, rice milk, almond milk or cows milk
or other diluted dairy)
3 tbsp. gluten flour (it should look like yellowish white flour)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey (more for sweet dough)
4 c. Summers Sprouted Spelt Flour
2 1/4 tsp. yeast (or one pack)
Optional to add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or flax seeds.
